This function records school payments, commissions, and invoices. Payment This section records payments of the school with both income and expense. Administrators can add new items, the amount of money, date, and operator for transactions. Commission This section records the commission based on the number of student programs. It lists of program ID, program name, tuition, start/end date, and program length. All information can be edited and deleted in this page. Invoice This section lists information of invoice ID, total amount, due amount, application fee, textbook fee, commission, net tuition, other fees, and link to invoice form. Besides, there is a filtered function where administrators can search invoice information by ID. |
